Thrifty Australia Rental Terms for travel between 01-Jan-2010 and 31-Dec-2012
The terms and conditions set out below form part of the Rental Agreement (RA) between the company identified in the RA ("Us", "We", "Our") and the Hirer ("I", "You", 'Your") to hire the vehicle identified in the RA ("Vehicle") "Hirer" means the person/company named in the RA as the Hirer and any person/company who provides a Credit Card Authority to Us.
The condition of your hire vehicle
You acknowledge receiving the Vehicle from Us:
1. in a good and clean condition except as specified in the Vehicle Details and Damage Report;
2. with manufacturer supplied tools, tyres, accessories and equipment, a street directory, keys and any other items specified on the Vehicle Details and Damage Report or in the RA;
3. with the seal of the odometer unbroken;
4. with the Check Out Odometer and Fuel Reading set out in the RA.
5. you agree to maintain tyre pressure, fluid and fuel at the proper operating levels and to immediately report to Us any defect.
The return of your hire vehicle
You agree to return the Vehicle to Us:
1. in the same condition in which You received it;
2. to the Return Location in the RA by the Return Date and Time in the RA;
3. with all of the items described in Clause 1(1)(b) in good condition;
4. with a fuel reading at least equal to the Check Out Fuel Reading in the RA unless You have purchased Pre-Paid Fuel from Us at the commencement of the hire.
We must be notified and agree to any extension of the period of hire, in advance of the Return Date. If You fail to return the Vehicle to Us by the Return Date & Time, the Vehicle will be immediately reported to the Police as having been stolen.
We may take possession of the Vehicle without prior demand if it is illegally parked or if, in Our opinion:
1. it is being used, or has been used, in contravention of any law or of a term of this RA; or
2. it has apparently been abandoned.
You will be responsible for the Vehicle and the Hire will continue until We make Our final inspection (including where the inspection can not take place for some time e.g.Youe.g. You return the Vehicle to a location which is unattended).
The use of your hire vehicle
Persons who must not drive the Vehicle (unless authorised by Us in writing):

A person who is not identified under "Hirer and Driver Information" in the RA or in a Credit Card Authority.

A person who does not hold a current unrestricted motor vehicle driver's licence for the particular class of Vehicle hired (learners permits and provisional licences are not acceptable).

A person whose breath or blood alcohol concentration exceeds the maximum lawful concentration or who is intoxicated or who is under the influence of any drug, toxic, or illegal substance.

A person who has given Us or for whom You have given Us a false name, age, address or driver's licence details.
-
A person, whose driver's licence has been cancelled, endorsed or suspended within the last three years.
-
A person who is under the age of (21) years or over the age of (75) years.
The Vehicle must not be used by You or by any Authorised Driver (unless authorised by Us in writing)
1. If the Place of Hire is in NSW, QLD, VIC or SA the Vehicle must not be used in WA, NT or TAS.
2. If the Place of Hire is in WA, NT or TAS the Vehicle must not be used out of the state or territory of hire.
3. (Except where Snowpak coverage is purchased) above the snow line being either the entrance to national parks in which snow falls or areas in which snow chains are required to be fitted (by the relevant authority).
4. On any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete) unless the Vehicle is a 4WD in which case it may also be used on graded unsealed roads. No Vehicle (including 4WDs) may be used on off road conditions. Off road conditions include but not is limited to fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks.
5. To carry persons for hire or reward or to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials.
6. To propel or tow any vehicle (not being a trailer), or to propel or tow any trailer with a load in excess of the capacity of the trailer, towing mechanism or Vehicle.
7. To carry any greater load, number of persons or for use in a manner or for a purpose for which the Vehicle was not designed and constructed or to carry any greater number of persons than the Vehicle has seat belts.
8. To carry any animal or pet.
9. For racing, pacemaking, reliability trials or hill climbing, or being tested in preparation for those purposes.
10. In contravention of any criminal legislation, any legislation involving a penalty, or for any illegal purpose whatsoever.
11. If We have directed You or any Authorised Driver not to drive the Vehicle.
How our charges work
You agree to pay on demand all of the following charges up until return to or recovery by us of the Vehicle (whether or not charges are detailed in the RA):
1. All charges at the rates described under "Rental Charges" in the RA. Daily rates apply to each consecutive 24-hour period commencing from the Check Out Time.
2. The Loss or Damage Liability Fee and Single Vehicle Accident Liability Fee and the Area of Use Liability Fee in the RA.
3. The cost of repair or reinstatement of loss or damage where loss or damage cover offered by Us does not apply.
4. Where You breach any of Your other obligations under this RA - (without limiting any other right We have) such sum as is necessary to compensate Us for Our loss or damage as determined by Us acting reasonably.
5. All fines, penalties and other similar charges incurred plus Our administration fee per event.
6. All applicable goods and services tax (GST), Premium Location Surcharges (PLS) stamp duty and any other government taxes or duties that may apply.
7. (Unless You have purchased Pre-Paid Fuel at the commencement of the hire) Our charge for adding fuel to the Vehicle up to the Check Out Fuel Reading, which will include a service charge.
8. The cost to Us of recovering the Vehicle in the circumstances described in Clause 2(3).
9. Where You fail to return any of the items described in Clause 1(1)(b) in good condition - the cost to Us of replacing same.
10. Final charges will be determined after a final inspection by Our representative which will be made as soon as practicable after return to, or recovery by Us of the Vehicle.
How we'd like you to pay us
1. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorise Us to charge to Your credit card and/or to charge to Your account (as nominated respectively under "Payment Information" in the RA or in the Credit Card Authority) all charges payable by You under this RA.
If You fail to make full payment of any charge due to Us:
You agree to pay Us:
1. Interest on all outstanding charges at a rate of 9% per annum. You agree that such interest is a genuine pre-estimate of Our damages. Payments received will be credited firstly against any accrued but unpaid interest;
2. Our costs of recovering or attempting to recover from You outstanding charges, including any mercantile agent's costs, and legal costs on a full indemnity basis;
3. We shall be entitled to list Your payment default/s with the Credit Reference Association of Australia or other relevant credit reference organisations, which You acknowledge may affect Your credit rating.
If things are lost or damaged, here's what we'll cover
Standard Cover ("SC"): You will have the cover provided in Clause 7 below subject to the conditions and exclusions. Renter Protection ("RP"): If You choose Renter Protection You will be provided Standard Cover. In addition Your Loss or Damage Liability Fee is reduced to the amount stated on the RA. Other Liability Fees continue to be payable where applicable.
Premium Protection ("PP"): If You choose Premium Protection You will be provided. In addition the Single Vehicle Accident Liability Fee is not payable and tyre and windscreen damage described in 9(4) is covered when accidental.
Here's what we call Standard cover for your vehicle
We will pay for the amount of any accidental loss or damage to Our Vehicle (including prior accident value or repair costs), Our assessment fees, towing and storage fees, Our legal and investigative expenses, Our loss of rental revenue and Our service charges. We will also pay for any amount which You are legally held liable to pay, as a result of an accident caused by Your use of the Vehicle, for loss or damage to property other than any property owned by You (or any relative, associate, passenger or any person known to You) or any property in Your physical or legal control. The Standard Cover is subject to conditions and exclusions below.
We'll pay Standard Cover, subject to the following list

You not being in breach of any terms or conditions contained in or implied by this RA.
-
Your payment (in respect of each separate incident), regardless of cause/fault, of the Loss or Damage Liability Fee and where applicable, Area of Use Liability Fee in the RA.

Your payment (in respect of each separate incident), regardless of cause/fault, of the Single Vehicle Accident (SVA) Liability Fee stated on the RA where the incident covered is an SVA, being an incident in which:
-
no other motor vehicle is involved (e.g. rollovers, collisions with animals, trees, pedestrians etc)
-
another motor vehicle is involved but:-
-
that other motor vehicle or its driver has not been identified to Us; or
-
at the time of the incident the Vehicle was moving in reverse and that other motor vehicle was stationary; or
-
at the time of the incident that other vehicle was parked.
-
You will promptly report to Us and the police or other relevant authority, and in any event within 24 hours, any incident involving loss or damage to the Vehicle or any other property or injury to any person.

You providing such information and assistance as may be requested by Us and if necessary, authorising Us to bring, defend or settle legal proceedings. However, We shall have sole conduct of any such proceedings.

You giving to Us immediately every summons, complaint, demand or notice in relation to any loss or damage.

You submitting to any tests required by the police to determine the concentration of alcohol or drugs in Your blood.
-
You not leaving or decamping an accident without providing full particulars to all relevant persons and authorities.
-
You not being covered under any policy of insurance covering the loss or damage in which case You will not be covered by Us.
What's not in Standard Cover?
Damage Not covered:
1. Damage or loss arising from Theft, where the Vehicle is left unlocked or unsecure or You have not kept the keys secure.
2. Damage or loss where the Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in water regardless of cause.
3. Damage or loss to the interior of the Vehicle, which requires professional cleaning, deodorising or repair.
4. Damage or loss to the tyres, such as punctures, cuts, abrasions or to the windscreen such as chips, cracks and stars.
5. Damage or loss to tyres caused by use on construction sites, mines and unsealed roads.
6. Overhead damage being damage or loss sustained to the Vehicle or any other property caused by driving the Vehicle into or under any object of the same or a greater height than the base of the Vehicles front windscreen.
7. Damage or loss caused to any part of the pantech or box section or convertible roof.
8. Damage or loss to the undercarriage of the Vehicle or to any other property arising from contact between the undercarriage and any object, obstruction or road surface regardless of cause. The undercarriage means any exposed components including but not limited to, wheels and tyres, engine, transmission, sumps, differential, suspension, exhaust system, fuel tank, floor pan, tailgate lifters and ramps or any other mechanical or structural item.
9. Damage or loss to the tailgate lifter, ramps and associated equipment during usage of those items.
10. Damage or loss caused to the Vehicle or third party property by You driving the Vehicle, after the Vehicle has sustained radiator fluid loss, transmission or engine oil loss or loss of tyre pressure.
11. Damage or loss to the Vehicle or third party property caused by You failing to secure properly any load or equipment.
12. Damage or loss caused to the Vehicle or third party property by loading or unloading to or from the Vehicle.
13. Damage or loss to the Vehicle deliberately caused by You or by You using the Vehicle in a dangerous or reckless manner.
14. Damage or loss to the Vehicle whilst being transported, ferried or towed without Our authority, or whilst the Vehicle is taken off the mainland or across any waterway whatsoever or used in any unauthorised area.
15. The cost of towing or salvage of the Vehicle in or from a remote or sparsely populated area.
16. Damage or loss caused to the Vehicle through the use of snow-chains or roof racks.
17. Costs or expenses incurred including legal costs (on a full indemnity basis) and interest as a result of Your failure to deliver immediately every summons, complaint, demand or notice in relation to any loss or damage.
18. Damage or loss to any personal property owned by You (or any relative, associate, passenger or any person known to You) or in Your possession.
Here are some other important things to keep in mind
1. We reserve the right to refuse hire of another vehicle to You following any incident or accident or where You have breached a term of this RA.
2. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in the Vehicle, or any property received, handled or stored by Us at any time before, during or after the hire period.
3. No Hirer, driver or passengers in the Vehicle shall be deemed to be Our agent, servant or employee, in any manner or for any purpose whatsoever.
4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all terms, conditions and warranties which would otherwise be implied are hereby expressly excluded.
5. Whenever We are permitted to limit Our liability under State and/or Federal statute for breach of an implied condition or warranty, Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair or re-supply of the Vehicle.
6. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage suffered by You or any other person due to any breach of this RA by Us and You release and indemnify Us (including for legal costs) from any such claim.
7. None of Our rights under this RA may be waived except in writing by one of Our officers.
8. Words used in this RA and/or noted on the RA include all genders and singular words include the plural.
9. You warrant that all information supplied in connection with this RA, whether before or after the date hereof, is or shall be true and correct in all respects, and that You will immediately notify Us of any such changes.
10. References in Clauses 6, 7, 8, and 9 to "You" or "Your" shall include the Hirer and all Authorised Drivers in the RA.
11. Where "You" are more than one person Your obligations under this RA are joint and several. "Person" includes a company. We keep your private details private. We are committed to protecting Your privacy. We collect personal information in order to process any application or service You have requested as per Our terms and conditions.

Airport Locations
Meet all international flights where a flight number is provided, from most airports. NT may not be able meet international flights depending on arrival time – flight time must be confirmed at time of reservation.
Non Airport Locations
Mon – Fri most locations operate between 08:00 – 17:30 Weekend and Public Holidays, hours may vary depending on location.
Summary of Charges
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% will apply where applicable to all rentals.
Administration Recovery Fee (ARF)
All rental charges (except PLS) are subject to ARF. The charge is 3.5% for all States.
Vehicle Registration Recovery Fee (VRRF)
The VRRF is a daily surcharge that is applied to all rentals. VRRF is applied toward the cost of registration and compulsory third party insurance and is at a cost of $6.05 per day inc. GST.
Premium Location Surcharge (PLS)
PLS is a levy applied to rentals commencing at most airport locations and some city locations throughout Australia. These charges are controlled by the airport authorities and are subject to change at any time and vary from 5% to 20%. The All-Inclusive rates Thrifty provides to you include this fee however PLS will apply to any optional extras and incidental charges.
CCFEE – Credit Card Fee
All customers who provide a credit card for payment of any part of the rental are subject to a surcharge of 1.5%. This is applicable to all credit card types.
Baby Seats/Boosters
Are available at most Thrifty locations and must be requested at time of booking. Child and Booster seats are at a cost of $6.00 inc. GST per day per seat with a maximum charge of $55.00 inc. GST per seat per rental.
The cost of Child and Booster seats is $11.00 per day inc. GST from the following locations:
Ascot, Ballina City / Airport, Brendale, Byron Bay, Caloundra, Chinchilla, Cleveland, Coolangatta Airport, Coorparoo, Dalby, Goondiwindi, Ipswich, Kedron, Kingaroy, Lismore City / Airport, Logan, Maroochydore City / Airport, Morayfield, Noosa, Redcliffe, Rocklea, Stanthorpe, Surfers Paradise, Toowoomba, Yamba.
Sat Nav/GPS
Satellite Navigation Systems are available from selected Thrifty locations at a cost of $11.00 per day and not available on one-way rentals
Maps
Local/State Street Directories are available, free of charge on request. A charge of $25 will be billed to the renter for any unreturned Directories.
Hotel Delivery – NT, Broome and Kununurra
Hotel deliveries are not available in Darwin, Alice Springs and Broome. However a complimentary courtesy bus service will pick up from CBD hotels and accommodations in Darwin (Mon – Fri 08:30 - 16:30), Alice Springs (Mon – Fri 08:30 – 16:00) and Broome (Mon – Fr 09:00 – 16:00).
Hotel Delivery – Rest of Australia
Delivery to hotels within a 5 km radius from our downtown offices is available upon request. Deliveries are Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm and not available public holidays. Hotels must have secured parking. Renters must have their credit card and drivers licence ready at time of delivery. Contact details of the customer must also be provided at time of booking. Where delivery cannot be made a courtesy pick up may be available.
Security Bond
Thrifty will require a security deposit of between $385 and $1100 from your clients upon collection of the vehicle to cover additional charges e.g. fuel, additional kms and liability waiver. This deposit can be paid by any internationally recognised credit card. An imprint of the card and the deposit will be taken on pick up of the vehicle. The credit card must be in the name of the authorised renter of the vehicle.
Rates
Rates applicable at the time the reservation is made will be applied to the duration of the rental. Payment is required by credit card.
Additional Hours
Refer to table for additional hire calculation. Any additional hours that are payable will be collected directly from your client in Australia.

Traffic Infringements
The renter (your client) is responsible for any/all traffic infringements incurred for the duration the Rental Agreement. Thrifty will transfer infringements into the name of the renter. The renter then becomes responsible for paying the fine or nominating and transferring the responsibility to the driver of the vehicle at the time of the infringement. A $50 administration fee is payable for each infringement transfer. A debt will be raised against the cardholder and a notification letter sent. Infringements include speeding fines, toll fees, parking tickets etc.
Drivers License
Thrifty recognises all current full Australian licences and all current full overseas licences. The driver’s licence must be in English language with a photo and produced at the start of the rental. If a renter’s licence is not in English or not have a photo, an International Driving Permit will be required.

Drivers must be 21yrs + for the following vehicles at all Corporate locations:

At all licencee locations drivers must be 21yrs+ for all passenger vehicles ECMR – PCAR and 25yrs+ for all Buses, Trucks, Specialty Vehicles and Passenger Vehicles above FCAR.
Please refer to the Thrifty Locations list for details on corporate and licencee locations.
Any driver, either renter or additional named driver, aged between 21yrs and 24yrs inclusive will incur an age surcharge of $22.00 per day. No surcharges apply to additional drivers aged 25yrs+.
Driving Restrictions
All non 4WD vehicles are not permitted to travel on unsealed roads.
Western Australia
4WD vehicles are permitted to travel on unsealed government gazetted roads. If vehicles are travelling interstate or into remote areas, prior written approval by Thrifty WA must be granted. Consideration must be given by the driver for their own safety and contactibility in the event of an accident or incident. Travelling into some areas of Western Australia require National Park Passes, these are available for sale from the Perth Tourist Centre.
South Australia
4WD vehicles can be used on government gazetted roads. Travelling into some areas of the South Australia outback may involve the need for a Desert Pass Permit. All vehicles are permitted to travel to Kangaroo Island if collected from a corporate location only.
Car classes ECMR - FCAR (passenger vehicles) are only allowed on sealed roads, PFAR vehicles are allowed on government gazetted roads. Mechanical failure on the island - there is one breakdown service and location on the island therefore response times are not guaranteed. Customers will be required to sign a disclaimer when they collect the car.
Important Note: Travel to Kangaroo Island must be advised either at time of booking +or time of collection.
Cooktown
4 WD vehicles are permitted to travel as far as Cooktown only, and only from Cairns City and Airport Locations.
Fraser Island
Thrifty allows selected 4WD’s to be driven on Fraser Island but only when hired from Thrifty Hervey Bay.

NT, Broome and Kununurra
Access is denied in the following areas:
Kakadu Region – Jim Jim and Twin Falls, all year round
Arnhem Land – Access to Arnhem Land including Gurig/Cobourg National park is denied subject to Thrifty’s approval and on presentation of permits obtained from the relevant authority for entry into/onto Aboriginal Land
Katherine Region – Central Arnhem Road to Gove beyond Bulman
Kimberley Region– Mitchell Plateau and Kalumburu. For Gibb River Road travel between November and April is subject to seasonal road conditions
Broome – Cable Beach
Central Australia – Tanami Track, Gunbarrell Highway, Plenty/Donahue Highway, Canning Stock Route, Oodnadatta Track, Strzlecki Track, Birdsville Track only when travelling with another vehicle and with Thrifty’s consent and knowledge.
Other Areas – The Gulf Track, Cape York Peninsular and Fraser Island (for a vehicle rented from NT)
Aboriginal Permit Land – any entry to Aboriginal Land without a permit is illegal.
Access to any land requiring a permit for entry is denied without Thrifty’s approval and entry permit must be provided to Thrifty prior to entry to such lands.
Road Closures – Any road or gazetted track closed by any statutory authority in any region.
Larapinta and Namatjira Drive (Mereenie Loop Road) any damage sustained to the vehicle whilst on these roads is subject to the standard damage liabilities of $5,500 for both a Multi Vehicle Accident and a Single Vehicle Accident. Any additional liability reducer purchased does not apply for travel on these roads.
Dusk to Dawn
Any damage sustained to a rented vehicle as a result of a collision with an animal between the hours of dusk and dawn will not be covered by Thrifty’s damage liabilities. All damages and recovery costs will be the responsibility of the hirer.
On all rental vehicles, damage to overhead, under body or damage caused by water is not covered by any damage liabilities. All costs would be at the renter’s own expense.
In Broome no vehicles are allowed to travel on any beaches.
Permits
Collision Damage Cover is not valid in the event of an unauthorised entry into Aboriginal Land or breach of permit regulations.
Snow Cover (June – Oct)
All 4WD and AWD vehicles taken above the snow line must purchase Snow Cover. Snow Cover is $22 per day inc GST. This is in addition to the standard liability reduction available. No other vehicle is permitted above the snow line.
Preferred Protection Levels – AUSTRALIA WIDE
Standard Cover (SC)
All Thrifty vehicles have Standard Cover, which indemnifies the Thrifty Hirer, and Authorised Driver for damage caused to the Thrifty vehicle and third party property. Standard Cover is included in the daily rate. This includes an excess - please see table below.
Damage Recovery Fee
A Damage Recovery Fee is payable for ANY loss or damage regardless of cause/fault (i.e. whether it results from accident damage, hail damage, theft etc). The liability fee is payable for EACH SEPARATE incident of damage. Please refer to the Renter Protection Services Matrix.
Single Vehicle Accident Recovery Fee (SVA)
A single vehicle accident (SVA) means an accident in which (a) no other motor vehicle is involved (e.g. rollovers, collisions with animals, trees, pedestrians etc) (b) another motor vehicle is involved but that other vehicle or its driver has not been identified or that the other vehicle was stationary.
The Single Vehicle Accident Liability Fee applies in addition to the Damage Recovery Fee
The SVA fee is removed for metro locations only – SVA always applies to country and remote locations.
Premium Protection (PP)
Premium Protection includes Standard Cover and reduces Damage Recovery Fee.
The Single Vehicle Accident Recovery Fee is NOT reduced and Accidental Tyre and Windscreen Damage are NOT covered.
Ultimate Protection (UP)
Ultimate Protection includes Standard Cover, Accidental Tyre and Windscreen Damage. The Damage Recovery Fee and Single Vehicle Accident Recovery Fee are reduced to NIL.
This option is only available from participating Metropolitan locations. It is not available to Underage Drivers (21-24 years) and not available on 4WDs and Buses.

Note:
The daily charge of $28, which reduces the standard liability, also includes the reduction of the Single Vehicle Accident (SVA) Liability. An additional $550 security bond is collected at the start of the rental and will be refunded on completion of the rental, subject to the vehicle being returned without damage. A $100 cleaning fee will apply to all rentals taken to Fraser Island.

Undercarriage damage, roll over damage, submersion damage, reversing damage, tyres and windscreen damage.

The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier's rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
